M.W. Hanson is the driving force behind KRMK Consulting, bringing a lifetime of construction experience and decades of entrepreneurial leadership to contractors across the Midwest. Having worked in the construction industry since his earliest years, he built his expertise from the ground up—literally. He began as a laborer, learned every role in the field, and eventually grew his own general contracting company into a multi-million-dollar operation.

Throughout his career, M.W. Hanson has founded, operated, and successfully exited multiple industry-focused companies, including:

• A commercial roofing company

• A commercial welding company

• A commercial locksmithing company

He also built and managed a residential and commercial real estate investment firm with millions of dollars in assets under management, and has led historic building redevelopment projects that required technical precision, financial strategy, and long-term vision.
